Flora Domenis is a Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Therapist, specialized in Lifestyle and Nutrition.

In 2008 she obtained her Yoga Shiromani title from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in Neyyardam, Kerala, India.

In 2011 she graduated as an Ayurvedic therapist from the Academy of Ayurvedic Studies in Amsterdam. Her final thesis was on psychological trauma and its treatment in Yoga & Ayurveda versus modern therapies.

Since the age of 12 she has been blessed with growing up in a Yoga conscious environment. Its teachings immediately suited her multi-ethnical background. Since then, influenced in a profound way, she has thrived to integrate this practice completely into her daily life.

Her education in Ayurveda has been equally blessed with an array of internationally known teachers such as Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Frawley, Vaidya Robert Svoboda, Dr. Claudia Welch, Vaidya Atreya Smith, Donald Vanhowten as well as many renowned doctors from India.

Her goal is to share the wisdom and benefits of both Yoga and Ayurveda generously and authentically with all those around her.


Silvia Broussard

Yoga Teacher and Holistic Therapist


Moved to Costa Rica in 1990. Over the years she developed a deep sensitivity for the union of the vibrant energy of the forest and the ocean, re-discovering the importance of the Being.
She encountered Yoga in 2002 and after several years of practice with devotion and dedication she graduated as a Hatha Yoga instructor (RYT 280) in Costa Rica.
Inspired Anusara Yoga Teacher, certified with Christina Sell, she also expanded her knowledge through many courses and workshops with internationally renowned teachers of Anusara (including its founder John Friend), Ashtanga (Matias Flury and Mariela Cruz), Atma (Saul David Raye) Kundalini, Yin, Swastya, Srivadya. All together she gathers hundreds of hours of experience in Meditation and Pranayama, posture alignment and Therapeutic Yoga.
Silvia´s strong interest for the Holistic Arts comes through the study and research of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine), the Chakra system and Aromatherapy.
Through her intense life´s experiences she became more conscious about the importance of emotions during the healing process. Her sessions may also include Ho´Oponopono, EFT therapies and vibrational healing sound to cleanse emotions, old believes and negatives memories. With her intuition, she stimulates body-mind-emotions to align and balance with harmony.
As Massage Therapist she specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Cranio-Sacral Therapy level I and II (Dan Spring, Costa Rica), Thai Yoga Massage Level I and II (Mandir School of Yoga and Thai Massage, Costa Rica), Aromatherapy and Raindrop Therapeutic Massage with Young Living Essential Oils.
As a member of Asoyoga Costa Rica (Costa Rican Yoga Association), she has participated in National Yoga Festivals and in other activities organized by the association. As an international teacher, she has been invited by various Yoga Festivals and studios across Europe. Services directed towards healing others gained an important part in her life. Her biggest gratification is the opportunity to bring even a little joy in people´s hearts, sharing love and goodness.


John Jairo Ocampo

Ayurvedic Massage Therapist


Born in 1965 and growing up in Colombia, John Jairo made a point of helping others and sharing his healing gift with the people around him, from an early stage in his life.
He moved to Switzerland at the age of 19 where he joined the First-Aid association, became the president of the local branch and enrolled in the volunteer fire-fighters of his village at the age of 23. He was in charge of the first-aid training for 10 years.
During a short stay in the south of India in 2002, he got his initial approach with Ayurveda and decided to dedicate the rest of his life to this philosophy. Shortly after his return to Europe, he started his training and was soon recognised as an intuitive therapist by both his teachers and his peers. In 2005, he opened a successful Ayurvedic practice within a yoga center in the Geneva region.
John Jairo Ocampo moved to the Caribbean region of Costa Rica in 2007 where locals and visitors enjoy the great benefits of his Ayurvedic treatments.
He is recognized for his extraordinary gift which allowed him to travel to several parts of Europe, the USA and Canada, providing wellness and healing to an increasing number of people worldwide every year.
